- Accumulator
- A bet that combines multiple selections into one wager, paying out only if all selections win.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap given to a team that splits the bet into two separate handicap lines to reduce the draw option.
- Bankroll Management
- The practice of deciding how much money to risk on each bet to avoid losing your funds quickly.
- Bet Builder
- A feature that lets you combine different markets from the same match into a single custom bet.
- Betting Exchange
- A platform where bettors can back and lay outcomes against each other, acting as a marketplace rather than a traditional bookmaker.
- Cash Out
- A feature allowing you to settle a bet before the event ends, either locking in a profit or cutting a loss.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes (win, draw, lose) in a match.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that returns your stake if the match ends in a draw, otherwise paying out on the winning team.
- Edge
- The advantage a bettor believes they have over the bookmaker's odds, often based on analysis or information.
- Fixed Odds
- The odds set by the bookmaker at the time of placing the bet, remaining unchanged regardless of later line movements.
- In-Play
- Bets placed after the match has started, with odds that update as the game progresses.
- Lay Bet
- A bet that a particular outcome will NOT happen, essentially acting as the bookmaker on a betting exchange.
- Live Odds
- The changing odds offered during an event, reflecting the current state of play and market activity.
- Margin
- The bookmaker's built-in profit margin, expressed as a percentage, which determines how much the odds are reduced compared to true probability.
- Odds Format
- The way odds are displayed, such as decimal (e.g., 2.50), fractional (e.g., 3/2), or moneyline (e.g., +150).
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a specific statistic, such as total goals in a match, will be over or under a number set by the bookmaker.
- Parlay
- A single bet that links two or more selections; all must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher odds than individual bets.
- Stake
- The amount of money you risk on a bet.
- Tipster
- A person or service that provides betting predictions or advice, often for a fee or subscription.
- Unit
- A standardized measure of bet size, often representing a small percentage of your total bankroll.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, indicating a potential positive expected return.
- Wagering Requirement
- The number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from a bonus.
- Welcome Bonus
- A promotional offer that matches or adds extra funds to your first deposit, usually subject to wagering requirements.
- Withdrawal
